Installation

As of now DisPhone does not have a native app; however, it can be installed using the following methods.

Chrome

1. Go to DisPhone.com.
2. Click the kebab (3 dot) menu button.
3. Click on Save and share.
4. Click on Install page as app.
5. Follow the prompts to install the webpage.

Firefox

Firefox does not let you install websites as apps without using the PWAsForFirefox extension. However, you can use a bookmarklet to open DisPhone in a window independent of the browser. To do this, create a new bookmark with the following as the URL.

Troubleshooting

Common Problems, possible Issues and maybe Solutions.

P: Softphone profile Failed.
I: Server is invalid.
I: Your IP is blocked.
S: Ensure your IP is unblocked and server is correct.

P: Softphone profile Connected (not Registered); Calls fail immediately with 401 Unauthorised.
I: Your username or password do not match.
S: Ensure your password and username is correct.

P: Calls fail immediately with 488 Not acceptable here.
I: The extension you are using is not correctly configured for WebRTC.
S: Ensure you are using a WebRTC compatible extension. Contact your PBX admin for more information.
