feat: debian: Add Debian's new features in Release Notes
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history
Since Debian now supports wifi, add it in Release Notes under the
"What's New" section.

Using internal :ref: would cause the link to lead to Yocto doc's wifi
page. So add an external link to the Debian page instead.
