fix: Foundational_Components: Document Renaming of tiboot3<board>-evm…

….bin When building u-boot, the initial bootloader is named tiboot3<board>-evm.bin. In order for the device to load this binary, the file should be renamed to tiboot3.bin, so document this under target images section. Signed-off-by: Judith Mendez <[email protected]>
