Closes #51, but also switches the links on topic cards to HTML links instead of clicks handled by Javascript.
I suspect the reason those links were being handled by Javascript is that there was an
atag wrapped around the entire topic card. Now that tag merely wraps the topic title itself, and the individual interviews are regular HTML links.
