This collection of changes is meant to address issue #4. The changes are primarily based around parse.py, Github Pages, and Github Actions. The Python file parses indication_paths.yaml, and generates HTML views of the README, CurationGuide.md, and all paths in the file. These HTML components are then served up with a majority of the other new files on GitHub Pages, using the Documentation Theme for Jekyll. Finally, the Github Actions portion intends to automate the updates to the website by running the parser and committing image and page changes.
