설명

PlaceService의 saveOrUpdatePlace 호출시 간헐적인 IllegalArgumentException

오류 발생 재현

투표에 후보지를 추가하는 api에서 PlaceService의 saveOrUpdatePlace를 호출하게 됩니다.
다른 후보지는 괜찮은 것 같은데 Festival 관련 entity가 바인딩되지 않는 오류를 확인하였습니다.

기대 결과

Festival도 투표의 후보지로 추가할 수 있도록 entity로 바인딩 되었으면 좋겠습니다.
