Implementation, in the rescomp, of an optional parameter for defining the loop frame for each animation (#101)

Does not include update of the rescomp.txt and the binary in the toolchain itself.

probably because i moved rescomp to java..
Still customizable loop / animation... is something i want to add but in a more flexible way :)
