…ackages to the right version (#271)

* first pass: align deps to fix the 71 versioning

bump RNTA to latest

clean up root config too

now everything works

a bit more cleanup

rnta should only be in the example folder

* dedupe `yarn.lock`

* import `.ts`

* add changelog entry
