Structure

This project consists of five phases in the Documentation section, the first two phases have the Confluence section as follows :

Documentation

• Phase 1

In this section, we reviewed the solutions and wrote the business case and also designed the strategic decision matrix

• Phase 2

In this section, by choosing a solution, we started to write the template and charter of the project plan

• Phase 3

In this section, we discussed the design of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to find the milestones of each section, and we also broke the larger tasks into smaller tasks for ease of doing the work




• Phase 4

In this section, we have written the work breakdown structure, the work steps and how to implement the demo version in Microsoft Project



• Phase 5

In this demo section, I implemented my project on the DornaHQ low-code platform that is web-based

• Brain Storming

In this section, we Brainstormed and wrote our activities and research to write the Business Case

• Rick Register

In this section, we examined the risks in the final solution, and according to that, I completed the Project Charter
