Update to version 1.1.9:

This release will feature a lot of improvements under the hood for Container reliability. We are prepping for some beefy workloads coming down the pipe, and upgrading to 1.1.9 will ensure you are ready to capture those highly profitable jobs.

Chefs who do not upgrade to 1.1.9 will not be eligible for Container workloads, at all, after 7/21/23. So be sure to upgrade asap.
