requires the teensy loader to be in the PATH environment variable to upload automatically to the teensy
compiled using WinAVR-20100110
found here http://sourceforge.net/projects/winavr/files/WinAVR/20100110/
makefile also uses parts of GNU for windows to point the teensy loaser to the correct output file
