If you are not already familiar with Tail Blazer, it is a file tail utility which has been designed to be stylish, simple and intuitive. For details about it's functionality or how to download it see GitHub Home Page

There are 3 main areas of focus for this release:

  1. Global search and highlighting
  2. Exclusion Filters
  3. Minor bug fixes

Global search and highlighting

Many people have asked for the function to search and highlight options globally. This is now possible. The search and highlights options window now has 2 tabs, one which applies to the current file being viewed and one for all files. Needless to say everything you enter is persisted.

Exclusion Filters

Previously the filters in Tail Blazer have been based on the idea of matching text. A new option to been added to allow excluding text. To do this type a minus "-" symbol before the text you want to exclude. Again you can choose whether the exclusion should be applied locally or to all files.
