Update Fellowship page (#344)

* test update fellowship page sub-header

for the new/2024 fellows

* test2 formatting update fellows page sub-header

add return/attempt to put welcome line down one line

* update fellows page sub-header, other tweaks

add link and dates for Brainhack, change wording from kickoff workshop to 'event'

* formatting fellowship page

add space btwn annual and OHBM

* test create gallery space for 2024

for 'coming soon' gray panel

* test rm paragraph about 2022 fellowship
