- Migration folder for sql
- New tables for gift codes and user associations
- Added functionality to keep a list of gift codes (db tables) added and apply them whenever someone else is added with the command /allistadd 'playerId'
- Adding gift codes with /gift 'code' will add to the local db and mark as used for everyone in the db
