Linkcheck fails for https://ds4-windows.com/ but the site is reachable when checking by hand so I assume their spam protection is picking up GitHub Actions CI servers. As such I'd suggest adding the URL to the ignore list for the link check so that we can merge the PR ^^

Adds a mention about DS4Windows to the controller troubleshooting wiki section. This is due to the fact that Windows seemingly just hates PS controllers and that even Steam sometimes won't be able to properly make a PS4/5 controller work, and require the use of DS4Windows. This is commonly recommended and working in the Discord server, and is the only solution that I've seen helpers use publicly
