QuaererePlatform Columbia Micro-Service

This is a part of the Quaerere Platform and is intended to be used with the other Quaerere Platform micro-services.

Deployment

The preferred method of deployment is through the docker images, however the standard setup.py method will be supported.

Most configuration is done with environment variables
