[e2e tests] test that the "fake game" web server is up and running #290

Currently, we don't check if the "fake game" web server is up and running, at our end to end tests. It would be hard to configure port mapping so we could try and see if we can create a simple test Pod in the kind cluster which would curl the gameservers and see if they are responding.
