PicoJobs 1.0-beta-6 - A bunch of fixes & additions

THIS IS A BETA VERSION OF THE PLUGIN! Issues will happen and should be reported in our Github Issue Tracker.
This is a MAJOR update and it is extremely recommended to update as it will be one of the last versions before 1.0.

This release contains the following changes:

• Added new ITEM & COMMAND economy implementations (#129)

• Added new HikariCP database system to fix issues
• Added a new option to toggle the update checker
• Added new MOVE & TRADE job types

• Fixed issue with FILL job type and powder snow (#148)
• Fixed issue with persistent jobs (#165)
• Fixed major issues with H2 backup & script running
• Fixed incompatibilities with other plugins using H2
• Fixed minor issues
