ok. I update the commit title (which github uses rather than the PR title) when merging to be imperative (see general opinions https://www.google.com/search?q=commit+message+imperative+form&oq=commt+message+imperative+form ) ... and shorter with the rest being the description you provided in the PR body. |

Description
Managers now record their start time and forward this information to the interchange during registration. The ManagerRecord was updated to support this functionality. Adding this will allow for better manager selection by the interchange in the future.
