  1. bokeh: update from 2.4.3 to 3.3.2 

    There's some API changes:
- plot_width -> width
- FuncTickFormatter -> CustomJSTickFormatter
- render_mode is removed and now defaults to 'canvas'
- html uses shadow DOM roots, so the fragments are not directly accessible
  anymore (also affects CSS)
