When we participate in competitive programming contests, we may lost our code and all testcases after contest. so I created platform for storing code, testcases with file. It can run code within website on custom input or evaluate testcases which we can create. That's why its name is RTC means Runner and Care Taker (opposite). Good for pronouncing :-)
