PEDSpace v1.0.0 - Soft Launch

This is the inaugural release of PEDSpace in preparation for @abelpink's soft launch demo on 10/29/24. Some features have been rolled back (and may be reintroduced) as we're battling the "hanging page" bug (#50), but fortunately we finally have some DSpace developer eyes on it here: DSpace/dspace-angular#3584.

The website is accessible here: https://pedsdspaceprod.research.chop.edu/

Eventually, it will be migrated to https://pedsnetapps.chop.edu. Stay tuned.
