Этот PR добавляет возможность делать аккаунты служебными. Такие аккаунты закрыты от любых взаимодействий со стороны других пользователей, а на месте информации о профиле отображается заглушка из параметра
service_account_notify.Также, на странице и в мессенджере, имя такого аккаунта становится зеленым
