URL structure and persistence
Persistence of URLs is relevant for OpenGovLD. The structure of the URLs is less important for OpenGovLD, but it is very relevant for Akoma Ntoso and ELI. "URL resolver"s might be helpful to support both. The map/forward persistent and well-structured URLs to less persistent and structured URLs.
