This PR modifies the page "How to run a validator" to:

  • Update its contents
  • Add configuration for BoLD (while keeping the existing configuration)
  • Better clarify how to run a validator for an Orbit chain

To do:

  • How to use the pool contracts (not needed)
  • BoLD API documentation (first draft up, missing examples of all methods)
  • Verify whether we need legacy parameters when BoLD is activated (--node.staker.enable and --node.staker.strategy)
