I've got other stuff coming, so I thought it'd be a good idea to go ahead prepare for the 4.0 upgrade. Here's the initial commit for upgrading to OnDemand 4.0.
It's mostly putting stuff behind a
Rails.application.config.after_initializebut also removes some unnecessary initializers.
