Basis ORM mapping für das Identifier-Model.
DOI and URN sezifische functionen wurden entfernt.
Die meisten Tests laufen nicht mehr durch, da entweder DOI and URN sezifische Funktionen verwendet werden oder die Verknüpfung zum Dokument benötigt wird.
