Set up to share Fidgets, Tabs, and Themes. Data is stored on IPFS, records are store in the DB. To download items, users must provide a signed request that is stored in the database. This allows for tracking how many times something that has been downloaded.
To manage free tabs, a separated, but related table should be made. That is out of scope for this PR
