Creating a real README.md

Don't remeber half the stuff i needed to do to setup the environment i
created a better README instead of README_tmp.md... Super strange name.

+First you have to have nodejs & npm installed on your client.

+Then install yaspeller.

+### Run yaspeller locally
+
+```npm run spellcheck```
