There is need to set language during post. This PR do that in primitive way
In detail box now shows language
In settings there are possibility to add language manually by code
During post you can select language
If I will find time to burn my time there are places to make it better: on instance load fill possible languages with provided languages (or merge with current in store); during reply set language from replying message; add default post language
