Fix for clear buttons always visible in polymer 2 (#152)

* fix clear button always visible;
* filter attribute for default icon close css
* Change to attribute `light` for simple icon
* hasFilter verify filterNotify.base
* fix for the case when this.filter was null but arguments[0].base has the needed data
