 The **Procedural Scheduling API** has one breaking change in Aerie `v3.1.0`: the functionality of `filterLongerThan` and `filterShorterThan` methods have been **inverted** to be more consistent with other `filter` methods. `filterLongerThan(duration)` will now *include* all events longer than `duration`, not *remove* them. See [aerie-ui#1587](https://github.com/NASA-AMMOS/aerie/pull/1587) for details. If you are using these functions in your code, you should invert them as needed to achieve the same functionality in `v3.1.0`.
