Objectives

• Provide a public test network for committed partners, prospective partners, and third-party builders providing time to build before mainnet
• Demonstrate “reality” and stability of network for the audience above + potential investors
• Document network economics for ecosystem to digest

Pre-requisites

• Deployment, logging, monitoring, oncall rotation, experience debugging the system
• PE support team responsible for the above
• Stable dev-facing API’s and tools w/ sufficient polish to highlight superior dev experience
  • Richer REST API
  • RPC endpoints
  • Typescript SDK
  • ABI generation
  • Block explorer integrated with smart contract standards such as URL’s, strings, NFT metadata?
  • Key management infra
• Eng support team ready to work with product partners on integration
• Basic load testing
• Bare-bones consensus/shared object support (e.g., appoint designated validator as sequencer)
