Allows canros/msg/ directory to be made.
Adds /msg/ directory and /srv/ directory. README.txt is also updated.
Formalize empty directories

After a little bit of fooling around, I've updated the README.txt to reflect the ros command that seems to work:
catkin_make.I've also added two directories to allow cmake to build:
These directories are filled with .gitignore files, after I initially filled them with silly .txt files.
This branch of the canros package builds on my systems.
