Welcome to Web-Development-3.0! 🎉 This is an open-source web development project where developers of all levels can contribute. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned developer, there’s a place for you to make an impact!


🌟 About the Project

This project is aimed at building a community of open-source contributors as well as enhancing GitHub and Coding Skills. The project is part of Hacktoberfest, a month-long celebration of open-source, and we are thrilled to invite contributions from the community!

We have a variety of beginner-friendly and intermediate projects to work on, including:

  • Personal Portfolio Website
  • Simple Blog Platform
  • To-Do List App
  • Many more...

Contributors can work on building new features, fixing bugs, improving documentation, and much more.


🛠️ Tech Stack

We are using the following technologies to build this project:

  • Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (optional)
  • Backend: Node.js, Express (for API-based projects)
  • Database: MongoDB (optional for backend)
  • Styling: Tailwind CSS (or any other CSS framework of your choice)

We welcome contributions in any of these technologies!


🚀 Getting Started

Follow the steps below to set up the project locally:

  1. Fork the Repository
    Click the Fork button at the top right to create your copy of the repository.

  2. Clone the Forked Repository
    Clone your fork to your local machine using:

    git clone https://github.com/your-username/repository-name.git
  3. Navigate to the Project Directory

    cd repository-name
  4. Install Dependencies
    Use npm or yarn to install the necessary packages:

    npm install

    or

    yarn
  5. Run the Project Locally
    Start the development server:

    npm start
  6. Explore the Code and Start Contributing!
    Feel free to look around and pick an issue to work on.
