To run, compile the mod files by changing into the <code>purkinje_pf_source_code</code> and then typing:
<pre><code>nrnivmodl mod/</code></pre>
</p>
<p>The various figures can then be run via e.g.:
<pre><code>nrngui fig1.hoc</code></pre>
where <code>fig1.hoc</code> can be replaced with <code>fig2.hoc</code>, etc.</p>

<p>The cell morphology itself is defined in <code>Purkinje19b972-1.nrn</code></p>
<p>Note: With the exception of <code>fig2.hoc</code>, these scripts support MPI execution for faster simulation.</p>
