The latest @nxext/stencil migrations were not run, which resulted in deprecated workspace settings.
When serving the Stencil library, the
@nxext/stencil:buildbuilder is now executed withwatchandserveflags. This fixes the previous errorCannot find builder "@nxext/stencil:serve".Resolves #3
