Updated to Spigot 1.8.3. Use 3.3.2 for Spigot 1.8 and 3.3.1 for CraftBukkit/Spigot 1.7.
The latest ProtocolLib development build is required for this to work: http://ci.shadowvolt.com/job/ProtocolLib/

Updating on BungeeCord is not necessary.
