This PR introduces fetching genesis block information automatically from GraphQL at MinaMesh start and stores it in
MinaMesh.genesis_block_identifiersuch that the information is available in case it is required by other queries. This change allows to retirefetch-genesis-block-identifiercommand. Relevant readme updates and tests are also added.
