Software and data requirements

DetEdit is a MATLAB-based graphical user interface (GUI). It requires:

MATLAB R2014b or newer versions (www.mathworks.com).
Audio files in .wav or x.wav format

Quick Setup

Step 1: Download DetEdit Repository

Download or clone DetEdit repository from Marine Bioacoustics Research Collective GitHub page. Click Clone or download and copy your GitHub link.

Step 2: Add DetEdit to MATLAB

Start MATLAB and set path to include DetEdit by using the Set Path option in MATLAB's home tab:
