Description

For functions such as resize_to_layout!(fig) or hidedecorations!(ax), it makes sense to pass current_figure()/current_axis() by default.
This PR does exactly that, allowing calls like resize_to_layout!() and so on.

Type of change

Delete options that do not apply:

  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)

Checklist

  • Added an entry in CHANGELOG.md (for new features and breaking changes)
  • Added or changed relevant sections in the documentation
  • Added unit tests for new algorithms, conversion methods, etc.
