In this version, the resampler now reports the incident of not being able to find an existing frq file. Upon such an incident, the resampler will exit with a printed message in stderr and error code -60 indicating frq file not found. General QoL improvements are made for developers.

SpaceWorld 1.0 Release

This is the initial binary release for SpaceWorld 1.0.

In this version, the processing speed is significantly faster than the original MSVC 2010 build.
The binary is also almost 50% smaller.
