The MonoMod dev(s) just updated the documentation to point to the new version of MonoMod which is referred to as "reorganize" (or "reorg"), so this PR makes the pages point to where the legacy documentation lives now instead (not sure if only temporarily: "i'll mess with trying to put it on monomod.dev some other time i think" - DaNike).
I added some notes about the legacy vs. reorganize versions too.
