as already seen in another issue stan-dev/shinystan#194 bslib now needs to be used for themes in shiny.
This will be fixed in a urgent PR.

See comment in PR. Please confirm if learner tab issue is also present on your machine and if fonts and spacing change as it is the case on my machine (i.e. not the same style as before)
