As we are working towards a Kuadrant v1 release we are looking a cutting a v2 release of the server.
The reasoning for the major version bump is that we probably will need to break some backwards compatibility if only for the format of data at rest (i.e. within Redis today).

High level goals:

• Freeze the data @ rest format/layout
• Finalize the explicit identity of "counters/limit"
• Full blown CEL support
