HAS DATABASE MIGRATION
Labels are a feature that wasn't really maintained anymore, had an outdated UI and just generally wasn't a good fit anymore.
There are still some ideas here to potentially explore somewhere in the future, but the existing code was just adding clutter to the codebase and was also taking up room in the toolbar when as far as I'm aware it was never really used by anyone.
Be aware that this PR actively removes 3 database tables.
