Today played 80vs80 and find new bug, but don't I'm not sure about that it's bug of medical system:
When get out from car/truck/etc. some players get in unconsciousness state and can't do anything. They just lie... They may get in vehicle some times, but not always.

Don't recall seeing this file being auto+loaded in tabler before. So assuming it’s because the editor likes its files neat, I did some manual edits to delete the unnecessary line breaks between keys and a space in the header element, then loaded it in tabler and modified a couple RU strings to justify my intrusion.

set default value and fixed bug in inverted isnil check

Also fixed the download link, was previously specified in rar format, which doesn't seem to exist (anymore or ever).
0.95.3 + added the MANW start to mimic EN version
That is, if GitHub Releases pages is to be trusted over what Explorer reports it in Windows.

Will fix the same typo in PL version (just a se).
