Small bug fixes and report release

Small fixes to errorcodes, formatting and other stuff

Full functioning ECC and caller interface

• Build in caller interface and ECC operator interface
• Uses a JSON database to store calls made
• Server admin must have their own google maps api key to use indbuild maps

Caller input and use of calls

• Calls can now be made and are placed into DB json files

• Calls can be fetched and checked if they are answered or not

• If not, the operator can plot them onto a map
