Initial Release [STABLE]
- Two types of Roulette: Player and VIP (flag "o")
- VIP Roulette has higher bet options
- Animation is done in Hint
- Winning or Losing depends on a number between 0 and 999
- Winning and Losing messages is sent in the chat
- ConVars to select all bet options (Player or VIP)

- Winning and Losing messages can be opted to be sent in the Hint itself
- Animation can be opted to be done in the hud instead of the Hint
