are we still getting pokemon red++ v4?

v4 is still going to be a thing. The repo is just set to "Private" because it is not in a playable state, and I was tired of bug reports that basically consisted of "I built v4 and theres nothing to do here" "yes because its very unfinished". Its also been on hold for a while, waiting on updates to polished crystal. because v4 uses polished crystal's engine instead of the one it used in v1 through v3.
